When does the new help center come out for Jira Service Desk Server?

Does anyone know when the new help center comes out for Jira Service Desk Server? Or if JSD server is even getting the new help center?

I've been able to find this blog about the new help center for cloud:

All customers will have the new help center in JSD cloud by February 26, 2019. Will this be the same for server?

This is currently only available in Cloud and has not been announced yet for release in Server.

Unfortunately, its still not really that helpful. It just means 'some time in version 4'. :(
