Hi all,
I took over from a departed employee and one of my board obviously has rules overlooking what is happening in the board.
For example: Putting a ticket in a specific column automatically assigns it to a user.
Now I need to modify this behaviour but when I go to my Board - Automation page, I do not see any rules that I can modify, everything is empty.
Is there somewhere else these rules could be?
TIA
Michel
Hello @Michel Lemieux,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
The post function can be checked directly on the transitions on the workflow.
Please, go to Project settings > Workflows > Click to edit the workflow.
Select the Diagram mode > Click on "All" for the desired status > Post functions.
On the next page, you will see the post functions and you can remove or edit the one that assigns the ticket to a user.
After editing, click on "Publish draft".
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Regards,
Angélica
Hi Michel,
Putting a ticket in a specific column automatically assigns it to a user.
This is related to the Workflow Transition with Postfunction or Automation,
Both of them you can find under "Project setting".

Hi Cristian,
Thank you for your quick response.
I must be missing something because I do not see anything relevant under Workflows or Automation and see no reference to PostFunction.
