I have invited 7 of my office mates but most of them does not receive the email. I can only see 3 of them in the dropdown list of assignee but how come I cannot see them in the people page? I am also unable to make a team because they wont show up :-(

Hi ,

If you have Project Admin right ,

Please check the permission scheme.

1. Browse Project Permission

2. Assignable user permission.

if all the 7 members in the above,  then you can able to assign issues in drop down.

Thanks

Hey @Roy Urbina
This works for both free and standard plans:

  1. Click on a cog icon in the top right corner and there from a drop-down menu select User management
  2. Verify that all 7 users are present in a list.
  3. From there, you can click on each individual user and check permissions (sliders Access to the site and Jira Software should be both green).
  4. While you are in a user profile, check the 'Groups' section located at the bottom of the user's profile. By default, all users should be in the group called jira-software-users to be able to use Jira Software.

You can also try to debug each user by going to:

  1. Cog icon, in a drop-down menu, select System
  2. In the left side-menu search for Permission helper
  3. There you can select user and action, the system will tell you if that user is able to interact with the desired issue and if not - why not and how to fix that.

They would show up in the Team once they sign-up.

Can you ask them to check the spam/junk folder for emails?
