When i try to create a restrict workflow rule with the "labels" field -> contains either in Edge or Chrome, as soon as i select the label the form gets stuck and pressing add will just open the label list again (tested on multiple Browsers, workflows, transitions and labels).
Can confirm that I'm having the same issue using the Rule -> Perform actions -> Update an issue field on any transition. It opens the window below, once a Label is selected, there is no way to actually add the rule as it keeps opening and closing the dropdown/select of the "To include these labels" item. I'm also on a free plan, not sure if this might be an issue only for free plan users.
Hello @Matteo
Thanks for reaching out to the Community for your interesting UI issue that is preventing you from moving forward in creating your rule.
I appreciate that you've tested in different browsers, but could you please clear your cache and cookies and retest? I attempted to recreate the issue but was unable to do so. Additionally, please see Common browser-related problems encountered in Atlassian products and apps, as it has some common problems that may be causing your UI issues.

Hello @Stephen Sifers , i have tested this again on a third browser AND again a 4th time after resetting the cache. Did you manage to set up and finalize a Restrict ->by Label rule? I can make a video if required but i find it pointless unless someone here confirms he has tested it and it's working for them.

Hi Matteo - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
While you are waiting for Atlassian to respond, because it does appear to be a bug, have you tried the Old Editor for Workflows to add the Condition there?

While in the new editor at the diagram level, click the 3 dots menu in the upper right. Then select Open workflow in old editor.

I don't have the three dots button.

That's strange. Maybe since it is a Free account or relatively new account, they are not allowing access to the Old editor.

@Jehan Bhathena i have no way to submit bugs from there, the page only sends me back to self help options.
