Hello everyone,

I can't configure the JIRA Service Desk approval workflow (like described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-jira-service-desk-approvals-815569154.html) because I don't get the mentioned checkbox in the status.

As a picture says more than a thousands words:

Looks like this in my JIRA Service Desk:

This issue was addressed here already, with no answer so far:

Don't have "Add approval" checkbox in status workflow edit screen in my server Jira (JIRA 7.1.1)

Any ideas?

Hi Norman,

the built-in approvals only works with Service Desk Projects. First, you have to connect your approval workflow with a Service Desk project via Workflow Scheme. Afterwards you get the missing checkbox for configuring the approval.
