check box color

We use the custom field Flagged (with impediment) and this changes the color of the issue when displayed in a JIRA Agile board.

How do we create a second check box field that will also change the color of an issue when viewed on a JIRA Agile board? There do not appear to be any properties set on the Flagged field that I could replicate on the new check box field. Does any one know where/how this is configured?

There is no way to do this at this time. AN enhancement request has been submitted to Atlassian.
