convert "issue" jira service desk on "task" jira Project.

Hello,

I have two servers:

The first with jira installed.

The second with jira service desk installed.

We would like to convert the "issue" jira service desk to the "task" of an existing jira project or to create new jira project.

it's possible?

Hello Mario and welcome to Community!

You can automatically create a task in your Jira from your JSD request using an app like Issue Sync, Exocet, Exalate or Backbone.
