customer organization availability

Hi all,

I just read that Atlassian has added organizations to JIRA Service Desk which is a feature we would really like to use. Unfortunately I cannot find any information on which version we would need to use this. Is it available already for server or only for cloud?

Hi Bruce,

It is available on Cloud, the release on server has been announced but not released yet. It will come with version 3.3. You can watch the release notes page to stay in the loop as soon as it gets released.
