how to start a task automatically when a button is clicked on jira ?

i want to clone a field and past it on other place when complete_sprint button is clicked.. HOW:''''''?

Scripting add-ons. BUT you are using JIRA Cloud so you have very limited option in terms of add-ons so I guess you are stucked.

I think JIRA has already a "Task example" when you can see the change of status and the transitions.
