import users from csv

Hi,

I'm currently setting up Jira servicedesk.

Does anyone know if and how I can import users from a CSV rather than having to manually create all our existing customers in our other helpdesk system?

Hi Gareth,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to import users using CSV.

However, if you have developers in your team, you can create a script to import using REST API.

In the below documentation, there are more information regarding to use REST API.
