We would like to manage customer access to our Jira Software Management with following options :
- limit customer access when a specific date is over ,
- inform customer when he will reached end date of account acces by email ,

There is no straight forward way to achieve this. May be just create an internal ticket for your It team to track the due date and possibly write some automation to remove those users from the relevant groups.
