"Create retrospective" pop up is appearing even when automation is removed

Dear Community,

In our Jira project there apparently are 2 automation rules: One that triggers a pop "do you want to create a retrospective document" whenever I close a sprint and another one which asks to move a ticket to done when all subtasks are done.

Both are annoying and not helpful at all.

I removed all Jira automations in the project and the global settings. Those 2 still remain.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of these pesky little fellows? I'm assuming it's a bug in Jira but I haven't found anything about this issue online. Every help is appreciated! :-)

Hey @David, it sounds like the automation you're encountering might not be traditional Jira Automation rules but rather built-in Jira features or third-party app functionalities that are triggering these prompts. 
- Check for Third-Party Apps or Plugins
- Check Project Settings for Workflows (review any transitions that might include custom post-functions or triggers for these actions)
