Hi, I'm creating an automation in a Jira Service project on a data center instance.
The "Create sub-tasks" function does not seem to work, it's loading indefinitely, regardless of if I try to update an existing automation, if I create a new one or if I add the action to perform via a branch.
Has someone faced the same issue recently?
Do you have any erro in the developer console ?
I can't run the automation since the action "Create Sub-tasks" can't be configured. Or is it possible to observe a behaviour during the configuration? We solved this problem by using "Branch rule" and then create a new issue with the type "Sub-task".

I was referencing the developer console from Chrome CTRL + MAJ + I and see if any error pop in the console when trying to configured "Create Sub-tasks" action.
What is the automation for jira version you are using ?

Thank you, there's a 401 error for the GET request and quite a few other "deprecated JS" and "deprecated undefined" messages.
I'm using the Jira Service Management Data Center version.

Hi. My customer on Jira Data Center v 8.20 has the same issue. Is there a solution for this? @Florian Bonniec

Do you have any error in the dev console when clicking on this option ?
What is the version of automation or jira ? Can you update to a more recent version compatible with your JIRA version ?
Regards
