unauthorized: unable to decode symetric JWT token

Hi All,

So, today my JSM started throwing this error

Unauthorized: unable to decode symetric JWT token lots of blah blah blah with method sha256.

It doesn't stop anything from working from what i can see, but i would rather fix the issue than let it hang around.

Anyone with any ideas at all?

Hi @jeff_trotman ,

You may have encounter something like this post :

Then it maybe related to your apps. Might consider uninstalling one by one to see which one is a potential culprit and then install back the ones that are okay. Then install the culprit and see if it reset the app.

Thanks, I didn't see this reply, my email hasn't been working for a week, anyway i appreciate the answer.

But, it seems to have been an expired token somewhere in the system, which miraculously fixed itself about 2 hours after i reported it to the IT Support desk.... with no one doing anything!
