user authentication and multiple directory association

If a user is associated with the User Directory 1 (LDAP1) during Migration (JIRA 402 to JIRA 445) & later if i delete the user from LDAP1 and add it to LDAP2 *(NOTE: I am not deleting the user from JIRA)*.

Will the user be able to login? User in JIRA is associated with UserDirectory1 (LDAP1) but the actual user now resides in LDAP2?

we changed the user association by updating the cwd_user and cwd_user_attribute table and the user is able to login but this still needs a JIRA restart ... trying to still figure out how we can avoid restart
