Would anyone in the community be able to provide us with a recommendation for a partner that would be able to assist us with our migration from server to the cloud? We have Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, and Confluence. We are a small company (100 licenses) and need assistance with best practices as we are a 24/7/365 operation and cannot afford to be down. We have found that during our trial migrations not everything migrates and we have quite a large amount of configuring to do with Workflows and Automation before we can go live. We will need assistance with this as well so we can shorten the offline window as much as possible. This will take time and in the meantime customers and users/agents won't be able to use Jira (submit or update tickets) as that data will not be captured because Jira doesn't have the ability to just migrate data without wiping the cloud, which removes all the config changes we would have made. It's complicated so could use help.
Thanks!

You can look up a suitable/local partner in the Atlassian Partner Directory.
Here's some documentation: Migrate your Atlassian Server to Cloud
where this article might also be helpful: Reduce your migration downtime
Always remember the phases of a cloud migration:
Thank you for responding. We have been working with the Atlassian Technical and Cloud Support Teams and have done the bulleted list you mentioned up to the migration. We have done 2 test migrations and are getting ready to do a 3rd from our production site so we are pretty well-versed in what is needed and what to expect.
I had already looked at the Atlassian Partner Directory but there are soooo many to choose from that we were looking for recommendations from anyone in the community that may have had a similar experience etc.
And, thanks for the documentation. We had already reviewed/followed it through our process.
It sounds like we might just have to grit our teeth and deal with downtime...
Thanks,
Sara
