When I add VISA card there is no new bill for annual payment...
Will server stop working if We don't able to pay it ?

Welcome to the community.
I just removed the SEN as this is a public forum.
You can still use your server license, but don't have any support if you don't renew it.
If you are on Data Center, you can't use your license anymore if it is expired.
