Hi everyone! I need to view statistics based on query types. But I also want to see the subattribute dump. What do I mean by that, and how can I visualize this:
Hi @Varvara K_,
Jira offers a Two Dimentional Filter Statistics gadget, which can provide a stat based on issue count. But as far as I can see, it does not support the Request Type field... You could eventually try using Issue Type field instead.
For statistics based on Request Type and data split by multiple issue attributes you could search for a plugin on Atlassian Marketplace.
In case you ant to try a plugin our Great Gadgets app offers a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget that allows you to generate the statistics you need in form of a table, heat-map table or charts of various types. It supports the Request Type field and lets you split the data by multiple issue attributes / fields and is capable to display stats by count, sum of a field or percentages.
The app offers many other gadgets useful for JSM, which supports the Request Type field. For more examples see this article: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/App-Central-articles/An-effective-dashboard-for-Service-Desk-and-Customer-Support/ba-p/2360369
The app is also available for Confluence Cloud, which means that you can create these reports in form of Confluence pages instead of Jira dashboards.
Danut.
Menarik banget topiknya! Semoga membantu!

Hi @Varvara K_ , thanks for your post.
I think the closest you will be able to get to something like this would be in a dashboard.
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-dashboard-gadgets/
In this way, you could write a JQL query filter and then show the results in a table, or a gadget.
Otherwise, I think you will need to get a plugin if you need this specific visualization.
I hope this helps you.
Cheers
