Hello together,
when I add users through the request participants feature, they still can not see the issue in the customer portal.
Furthermore, they are not given any notice that they were added to the issue.
I tested this with a few accounts, users with a Service desk license, only with software license and customers only.
Can somebody tell me the reason for this not working?

They must be in the same project and to be safe, check if those users have the same role / permissions assigned to the participants role.
