Restrict the use of the Customer Portal

Hi, I need to restrict access to my portal to external customers of my company. The only ones that can create tickets are my licensed executives: from Service_Desk_Team

How do I do it?
It's possible?

Do you need to restrict access to the customer portal to only customers that your team adds?

Effectively, I require that only my agents with Service_Desk_Team permits create tickets.

You should be able to achieve this by removing all other customers from the project and adding the users from your Service_Desk_Team group as customers.
