Restricting Customfield options in issue navigator.

Can we restrict the customfield options auto displaying in search box when selected any customfield followed by its operator?

I want to restrict based on logged-in user.

Answer accepted

No. A select list has a list of options that are shared by all users. There's no way to hide options based on users.
