is it possible to display SLA Goal field in SLA Panel?

SLA Goal can be seen in SLA Panel. If you have the permission, the info icon is seen which shows SLA details. Please see 2nd item in this documentation.

that is a third part app (Time to Sla for JIRA) so you need to ask support to Appfire team https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
