Hi,

How can I enter the SLA/Resolution Time for follow-up in the portal?

I'm afraid for Cloud it's not yet possible

But here's a feature request

Hi @Brenno Maia 

You can try Advanced Portal Reports for Jira Service Management   

This way you can  let your customers to view additional details (including SLA) for each request on the Service Management Customer Portal.
