SLA settings

Hello,

I am working with JIRA 4.2.3 and i would like to set up SLA for our Issues.

Is SLA available for this version of Jira?

That version is old and unsupported, and I strongly recommend you upgrade to a secure version (4 has security problems which will never be fixed)

There are a couple of add-ons for that version which do SLAs, but the best option is to upgrade to a version of Jira which supports the full Jira Service Desk functionality.

The add-on that used to be available for SLAs that I've used is now part of Jira Service Desk, and the other one seems to have vanished from the marketplace.

There are some others, but they're for Jira 7+, so you'd need to upgrade to use them (or just get Service Desk)

There is no free version of Jira
