Hi

I used TTS(Time to SLA) custom field in my project and configure this custom field with statuses in workflow and a datepicker custom field for determination target time.

my problem is when TTS custom field reach to target status,time dont stop and all of issues are overdue.

Information in SLA panel is correct but in custom field is wrong.

Can you help me?

Can you take a screenshot or elaborate when your SLAs start, Pause and/or Stop.
