ScriptRunner throwing errors, prevented service portal from loading

About the situation: Working on upgrading our user tier from 2000 to 10000, payment pending but needed the upgrade immediately. Generated trial licenses with unlimited users for Jira Software and other addons, but couldnt generate one for Scriptrunner. Applying the new license to Jira changed our SEN (which I think may be the issue)

ScriptRunner is a newer addon so disabling it isnt the end of the world, but it is certainly hurting us because there were a few projects that were using its features. Strangely after updating our licenses, our Service Desk customer portal stopped loading, and logs were complaining about Scriptrunner.

I went to disable any feature we were using with Service Desk + Scriptrunner, but any time I changed something, an error popped and said it couldnt be changed and it may be a config issue. (sorry, i dont have pictures)

I disabled SR, and the customer portal came back up, but I dont want to keep SR disabled. If I uninstall/reinstall, will my configuration still remain? Or is this going to be a deeper issue associated with the SEN changing?

Did you upgrade to latest version ? 

After upgrade it works properly to me
