Self-sign up with more options f.ex. obligatory checkboxes?

I would like to enhance the self-sign up in JIRA Service Managenment (not logging in but creating one's own account) with an obligatory checkbox eg for accepting terms and conditions.

How can I achieve this?  Are there in-built components for sth like that or do you know some plugin?

@Bernd Lockermann That is not a delivered feature in Jira Service Management Server, Jira Service Management DC or Jira Service Management Cloud.  If you are on Server or DC I would suggest you check out this app and I think it will meet your needs.  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221131/terms-and-conditions-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview
