Separate admins for Jira Software (Cloud) and Jira Service Desk (Cloud)

We've been using Jira Service Desk for a while, and decided to try Software as well.  Now we need to add a different admins for both products, but from what I see, we can only give full access to Jira admin, or to a specific projects. Is there a way to allow user to create and manage projects just within a Software?

Hello @Nikita Shagiev welcome to the community. You can't do what you want since admins are supposed to configure workflows, custom fields among many other things and that is shared across the whole environment. Try to keep jira admins at minimum to minimize the risk of admins messing up other existing configurations.
