Seperate Partifcipats in Jira Service Desk

We are receiving issues via e-mail to our Jira Service Desk application. Sometimes customers adds our e-mail address to CC or adds many To section of email sending.

We want to copy real participants which customer's input to "To" section not "CC". Basically, how can we determine which of the request participants added as "To" and copy their e-mail address information to our custom field which is Original Participants. 

To sum up, we want to seperate to participants and cc participants within issues
