Hello,
when using the email request feature, any errors (ex. if an issue can't be created because the sender doesn't has a valid account and public signup is not intended) are logged in the processing log. Is there any way to get notifications on these errors, ex. a reply to the sender or a note to the Jira administrators? Otherwise you will have to actively take a look at these logs to see if there are any processing errors.
