I have, an account request ticket. One part of the account request is access to shared drives. I currently have the shared drives setup as options to select on the form in the portal. These shared drives have different owners. Is there a way for me to link/embed workflows so that if, for example "Operations" and "Merchandising" shared drives are chosen the workflow will email those owners for approval automatically and those approvals attach to the ticket so that the agent can see that the approvals were received?
Hello @Pat Long you could you the approval functionality from JSD to make the approval process. And in order to design who is going to be the approver you can make use of the automation feature, so each time a ticket is created, it checks which drives were selected and based on those values assign the different members as approvers
