I'm trying to set default for Description field by ScriptRunner Behaviours.
However, if I click "Create" button in the project, default value can be shown in the issue creation screen (screenshot 1), but if I try it from Service Management customer portal, the default value do not show up.
I think my script is correct, is there anything missing? or it doesn't work on customer portal?

I don't know if Behaviors can interact with fields that display on the Customer Portal.
A work around would be to create a secondary Custom Field for Description (i.e. Description Template). You can fill in the template text as a default value in the Context for that field. You could then make the surface the Description Template field instead of using the Description field in the Create screen to present the template text. You could use an Automation Rule to copy the text from that field to the Description field when the issue creation is completed.
