Hello Atlassian Champions !
Any solution for below on JIRA Service Desk Cloud. WITHOUT any external add-on.
Can we configure "Internal Comment" as default ?
or
Change font of internal/external comment as different just to intimate Service Desk agent ?
Or at least in any workflow transition use only internal comment, like if agent talking to internal team, we not need external comment options at all.

were you able to find any workaround which helps as long as Atlassian does not implement this feature?

@Michelle Gaul New issue VIEW solved this issue upto some level. Now Internal Notes come first, refer screenshot pasted below.
