Some of mail related to automated rule will not sent.

HI,

I have created 2 automated rules using add-ons automation for Jira.when rule 1 is executed then mail will be sent and also delivered but for another rule mail, will gets stuck in the queue.

What can I do to fix this issue.

And when I resend this mail again or clear flush mail, still getting the same problem.
