Hi Team,

i would like to sort the screens ,priorities and status ascending or descending order from

Admin->issues>screen

admin>issues>priorities

admin>issues>statuses

i have verified from General configuration and system setting but not able to find.

Please let us know is there a way to do this.

Thanks

Sorting screens and status is pointless, so I'm curious as to what you think you would gain from it.

Priorities have a sort order, you can drag and drop them, but the computer does not understand the words you are using for them, so there's no way to sort automatically.  (Even if you could code for it, the schemes may differ.  You could code it to understand major/minor/trivial, but  what if you've got trivial and unimportant?  People could understand them differently)

I believe the OP is referring to the Admin pages.

admin>issues>priorities page
and
admin>issues>statuses page

Are in the order you want to see them in the dropdown lists.
There are arrows to reorder them

Now, regarding:

Admin->issues>screens page
Admin->issues>screen Schemes page
Admin->issues>Issue type schemes page

And others…

It sure would nice to see those pages in alpha order for a long list.

Is there an order?

In my case I have 15 screens created for different purposes, and when I open

Admin->issues>screens page

they are in random order. And what when I try to find and edit one.

It is way more easier if they are sorted. If not dynamically sorted by user choice at least sorted by name automatically.
