For our service management project I added the field Story Points but made it required. Now I turned it off, because I don't need it to be required any more. I made this change in the Field Configuration associated with this project for all issue types. But after turning it off it's still required when creating a new ticket.
Does anyone know why this could be? I can't see any other place where I could have made it required. Or could it be that the project needs time to make the changes somehow? I just changed it about 30 minutes ago.
