Sub-Task Notification - Parent Task Info

Hi,

currently when a notification related to a sub-task is generated, there is no info about parent task in the email header or text.

Is it possible manage the configuration of mail to include parent task information ?

We have JIRA On Demand version.

Unfortunately no. Currently it is a restricted function to customize the email content. There's a suggestion being tracked at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-7266. Please add yourself as a watcher to be notified of future updates.
