We are using service request for submitting incident ticket and in the form the submit button does not work. users can fill out the form but when they hit "submit" the form does not move.
Same behaviour when creating a ticket directly in Jira.
Any insights into what could be causing this?

Is this problem happening consistently? Was it working before? I wonder if there may be a required field not present in the screen or the form.

It was working at some point. I went through all the fields and it looks like all the required fields are in the form.
I have another request type in the same project and this one works fine.
