We have users who are subscribed to some filters and when they get the email it only shows 200 issues. Is there a way of increasing this number or even the email containing a csv file instead?

Hi Robert,
They are only getting 200 by design:
Emails can only be sent if your administrator has configured an SMTP mail server. The filter results will only send the first 200 results of a filter.
At this point you can create a Suggestion on JAC to see if the developers will add the functionality to change that behavior. If you do create the ticket please post it here so the Community can vote on it.
