Subscriptions allowed by default to any users

Hello everybody,

I created several filters using a project administrator profile, and share them to all users.

Is this possible then to allow, any users, by default to subscriptions attached to these filters ?

I guess if a user can see a filter he is always able to subscribe that filter as well. There is no subscribe permission.

However if a filter is shared to all users, they still might not see the result of that filter due to lacking permissions.
