Suddenly all the team memebers lost their access to the boards, even the project owner. we can see the tasks, but we can't see backlog and the board. The Jira says that only jira members can have access to the board.

If you go to 'Your work' -> 'view all boards', can you see the boards there? and if so, can you contact the admins listed in that list?
