I have a few jira-service-desk agents and many core users.
I see that it is impossible to modify fields by core users in service desk project ???
I have one field in service-desk issues where value should be set by other internal users. The only way i see now is to made every user in all company to by an agent what is irrelevant.
Are there any ways to do this? Or maybe agent could prepare linked issue in core project but the value of field should synchronize with service-desk project? Is it possible and how to do it?
Or are there other ways?

Are you cloud or server? If Server you can use the add-on Jira Workflow Toolbox that will allow you to update fields in linked issues, same with Jira Scriptrunner.
WIthout add-ons I don't think you can do this.
