TFS2015/Release Management (AXML) and Jira Service Desk runnin on the same Windows Server

We are planning to start using JIRA Service Desk, but don't want to buy another servers. Has anyone ever ran TFS2015/Release Management 2015 (AXML) and Jira Service Desk running on the same Windows Server?  And we can't use the cloud.

Not with TFS2015 specifically, but I have done this several times.  The only problem I've seen with it is ensuring the server is powerful enough to run both at the same time.
