Hello everyone,
we are currently configuring and running test with the TFS4JIRA syncronizer. Our intention is that IT Help issues shall be send as bugs to the Azure DevOps backlog when they become escalated. When creating a ticket as a Jira Service Desk Agent, the synchronization works flawlessly. However, when we ran a test via the portal, nothing happens. The test user was created and used to raise an issue, our agent escaleced it and nothing happens on the Azure DevOps side. The same was done with a service desk agent user via the portal view and the result is the same.
Does anyone have an answer to this mystery? We are using the trail version as we want to see it work before the purchase.

The scenario you described seems plausible, I can't really see why this wouldn't be working without gathering more information about your use case and reviewing your settings.
