TIme tracking fields not visible

Hi

I am setting up Servicedesk project. I see that the time tracking related fields are not visible on the Issue details screen on Customer view.

Can you please let me know whats the way to enable this to make it visible? I have cross checked that the field configurations are all set and visible for an internal user, But not for the customer view.

Please let me know.

Sorry - the answer is on how to configure SLA. 

More ask is on - how to display the SLA and time tracking fields on the Issue details view - on a customer view.

Also, with add-on SLA Time and Report you can view SLA time on each issue view panel
