I am setting up Servicedesk project. I see that the time tracking related fields are not visible on the Issue details screen on Customer view.
Can you please let me know whats the way to enable this to make it visible? I have cross checked that the field configurations are all set and visible for an internal user, But not for the customer view.

Also, with add-on SLA Time and Report you can view SLA time on each issue view panel
