Hi Team,
In Jira for a particular project the Issues will create automatic by phantom playbooks through play book it will create ticket in jiraby using a User I'd.
So when the issue is created I have like 5 Text fields on Create and Edit screen so in those Text Field if the Value is given it is repeating twice in those filed.
If any ticket is created Manually from jira for those ticket there is no issue.
I have two instances the value is repeating twice for one instance we tried with another instance there is no issue with another one.
So is there any way to check the particular Issues logs when its created in server. Can any on e suggest me please
