Text editor for ticket creation

Hello,

When creating a ticket in agent mode on a portal in JIRA or any other project, it is possible to modify the color, size, font etc... in the body of the description. On another project, however, this functionality is not available when the ticket is created. In addition, once the ticket has been created, it is possible to edit the ticket description, but the layout is completely erased and must be redone using the appropriate editor.

How can I remedy this problem?

Hi Wilfrid,

Edit the Field Configuration for that project (and issue type if there are multiple ones in the scheme) and change the Renderer for the Description field to Wiki style.
