Hello everyone,
Imagine a issue whose status is in "Done" column. For example "Capture1.png".
Sometimes (when we have a unexpected problem) we have to delay our work on this issue and we move this issue to next Sprint (next Sprint is not started). If status is in "Done" column, this issue doesn't appears in the next Sprint (Backlog display, next sprint).
Could someone please help us?
Thank you very much.
Jorge.
Hey Jorge,
That is true, but you may also be able to get away with moving the issues into the next Sprint before closing it.
May show some weird things in your reporting, but they would still be visible since they hadn't been closed by a Sprint finishing.

Thanks for your answer @Tyler Brown. You are right but you know that sometimes it is not possible :S

Hey Jorge,
Your issue is that if something is in a status in that "Done" column JIRA thinks that there is no more work for it, so it doesn't carry it over into the next Sprint.
The best way to resolve this is to ensure that work that needs to be carried over is not in a Status that is in that "Done" column.
Hope this helps,
Tyler
