Yes, that can happen. You'll need to check the settings on the mail server and possibly whitelist the email address the mail was sent from.

This is what we see. The mail comes into our configured mailbox, it is read, but no tickets are created.
So the solution is to configure the settings on our mail server where we are receiving the emails?
Is this something the sender could also fix?
We are seeing this issue from the same client. They're already successfully sending emails to our inbox and Service Management is creating the Emails with no problems. But they recently created a new email address, and we set up the new user but are receiving the error "The message was rejected because it is a bulk mail"
