Hi Quang,

You don't give a lot of info here about what you really used as settings.

But if i had to guess here, I would think it is because off a incorrect filter you used.

So please check your filter by going to issues ==> search for issues and copy pasting the filter there.

If the filter seems to be working please provide a little bit more data.
